Specialist credibility
A well-reviewed specialist practice with Invisalign, Damon braces and other orthodontic treatment options. That is a strong foundation, not something to rebuild.
Premier already has the reputation, specialist expertise and a paid presence when people search for the practice by name. I looked at what happens when they search for the treatments instead, and found a potentially valuable gap.
In the searches reviewed, Premier advertised on its own name. But competitors appeared in sponsored results for treatment-led searches where Premier did not appear. That's the opportunity worth examining, not a reason to disregard the advertising you already do.

People searching for “Invisalign Bromley” may not know which practice to choose yet. Paid visibility creates another opportunity to enter that decision.
Only if the cost of winning an additional patient is justified by the treatment value and margin. That is what the model tests.
Illustrative reconstruction of search observations supplied from the October 2026 review, not a live Google results feed. Ads and positions vary by time, device, location and auction. Absence from one observed result does not prove Premier never advertises for a term.
At ThinkingMan Creative, we work backwards from profit rather than clicks. We'd establish which treatments are commercially attractive, use paid search to reach people actively looking for them, and measure whether those enquiries become actual treatment starts.
Start with Invisalign and braces searches where intent is clear. Decide which treatments deserve investment using margins, capacity and patient value, not search volume alone.
Expand beyond people already searching for Premier, while measuring consultations booked, attendance and treatment starts. Protect spend that is not generating real opportunities.
Google Search is the opening identified here. Meta and other paid channels could support awareness and consideration later, but only if the economics justify them.
This is a scenario model, not a revenue forecast. The starting budget is simply an example used to test the opportunity, not a minimum spend or a recommendation to commit £1,000. Adjust the figures to see how the economics change.
A working case, not a prediction: 5% of clicks book consultations and 40% of those consultations become treatment starts.
The amount paid to advertising platforms each month. Adjust freely; £1,000 is only the example.
Estimated revenue for one patient who begins treatment. Replace with your typical case value.
Out of every 10 booked consultations, roughly how many progress into a new treatment?
£7 estimated cost per click · 5% click-to-consultation rate · 87.5% average first-year ramp efficiency · 50% assumed gross margin.
CPC is borrowed from an earlier dental proxy, not Premier's actual account data. Consultation rates, patient mix, margin and ramp are illustrative. We would replace these with Premier's numbers before recommending a budget.
Potential revenue attributable to the modelled treatment starts, not guaranteed incremental revenue.
How it works: advertising spend ÷ assumed CPC = clicks; clicks × consultation booking rate × first-year efficiency = booked consultations; bookings × treatment-start rate = treatment starts. Annual starts are rounded down before calculating revenue. Gross contribution uses an illustrative 50% treatment margin; net then subtracts advertising spend, a placeholder £500 monthly fee and £150 per treatment start. The fees shown are not a final quote.
This model does not deduct patients who would have booked organically anyway, account for delayed instalment payments or assess clinical capacity. True incrementality and cash flow would need validating with Premier's own data.
We manage paid media around measurable commercial outcomes. I personally handle the marketing science, strategy and account, so the person who develops the plan is accountable for its performance.
It's whether the next treatment start can be acquired at a cost that makes sense for Premier. If you'd like, we can compare this working model against your real treatment mix, existing advertising and capacity, and decide whether a focused test is worthwhile.
